Instructional Designer (Finance)

What you will do

• Communicate important messages clearly and effectively by translating processes and procedures into effective training for internal and external clients on a variety of topics and solutions in Employer Services Solutions Delivery.
• Translate processes, procedures, etc., into interesting and effective training programs for internal and external clients.
• Deliver outstanding presentations to groups of all sizes and lead live and on-demand training sessions.
• Utilize different mediums and approaches tailored to each communication message or training audience.
• Create an environment capable of handling multiple issues concurrently and adapting plans swiftly without prior notice.
• Assess messages or situations to determine the suitable communication method, messaging, and audience.
• Generate ideas and develop training materials to improve the customer experience.
• Apply mastery of instructional design principles, applications, and technologies through creative research and thought leadership.
• Design and deliver effective, engaging training sessions to trainers, internal employees, and clients via in-person, webinar, or on-demand formats.

What experience you need

• Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Google for project management, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Microsoft Office tools, and Adobe.
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role providing service, training, or technical support.

• Professional, precise, highly organized, and capable of prioritizing and managing deadlines effectively.
