Are you a talented machinist looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our client’s team and perform intricate machining operations with precision and expertise.

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday- Thursday – 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform difficult machining operations that require complicated set-ups and a high degree of accuracy.
• Troubleshoot to determine the cause of problems and perform repairs as needed.
• Set up machine tools and operate various tool room machines and equipment, making necessary shop computations.

Skills Required

• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing machinery.
• Experience in creating and modifying end-of-arm tooling and automation equipment.
• Ability to assist engineering, quality assurance, maintenance, and production teams with layouts and creating secondary operations.

Qualities Required

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mold maintenance.
• Electrical background is a must.
• Experience in an injection molding facility.
• Comprehensive training in machine shop and tool room practices (through a formal apprenticeship program or equivalent training and experience).
• Ability to read detailed engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical skills, mechanical aptitude, and PC experience.
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand, sit, and talk throughout the day.

Equipment Used

• Computers, phones, blueprints, various machines, and tools.
