We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer with 48 years of experience to join our team in Washington, DC. Candidates must be based in the Washington, DC area and able to work onsite, with some hybrid flexibility available.

Location: Washington, DC (Onsite with Hybrid Flexibility)

Experience Level: 4-8 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time (contract to hire)

Required Qualifications:

• 48 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
• Proficient in Articulate 360 , Adobe Captivate , and Fantasia Studio .
• Strong experience with Photoshop and Illustrator for creating visual learning assets.
• Proven experience designing and developing a wide range of training materials, including eLearning modules, visual aids, and interactive content.
• Excellent graphic design and illustration skills.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Washington, DC during the initial training period, then move to hybrid

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Experience with video editing and audio narration tools is a plus.
• Must provide a sample portfolio of work.
