HVAC Installation Apprentice

The Installation Apprentice assists with HVACR installations for industrial, commercial, and residential customers. This role requires decisiveness, initiative, good judgment, dependability, and strong communication skills. You'll work closely with customers, technicians, managers, estimators, and parts runners.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with HVACR installations as part of a team.
• Perform basic installation tasks, such as fabricating ducts, installing components, and running wiring.
• Gain hands-on experience under supervision, progressing to more technical tasks.
• Support Indoor Air Quality and Service Departments as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and complete assigned trainee duties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrollment in or completion of an HVACR program.
• Strong verbal and reading skills for following instructions and communicating effectively.
• Physical ability to lift 100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
• No fear of heights.
• Willingness to learn and improve skills through training and self-study.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and changing conditions.
