This individual will oversee a team of four product professionals, driving innovation, market alignment, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success of our product portfolio. This is a full-time, in-office leadership position with a dedicated private office. Travel is expected approximately 20-25% of the time to attend industry expos, meet with partners, and conduct market research.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 product managers and specialists.
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, engineering, and customer support to drive product success.
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and client meetings (~20-25% travel).
Monitor and evaluate product performance, making data-driven decisions for improvement.
Ensure a strong alignment with company culture and team dynamics.
7-10+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Experience blending marketing strategy with product development is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated career stability and long-term contributions to previous employers.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
