Job Summary:

As a Commission-Based Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing high-caliber executive candidates for our clients. You will leverage your extensive network, industry knowledge, and exceptional sourcing skills to fill challenging and critical leadership roles. This is a fully commission-based role, offering significant earning potential for a self-driven and results-oriented professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Executive Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial client consultation and job specification development to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, headhunting, online databases (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), and industry events, to identify and attract top executive talent.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a robust network of executive-level candidates, fostering long-term relationships and providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Track candidate and client interactions, maintain accurate records in our CRM system, and provide regular progress reports.
  • Independent Operation: Manage your own time and resources efficiently to achieve agreed-upon targets.

Qualifications:

Compensation:
