Who You Are:

We seek a candidate with a strong positive attitude towards customer service to act as a Clinical Liaison for our Hospice company. This person will have a genuine interest in Hospice care. Responsibilities:

• Plans, develops and executes all aspects of FV Hospice marketing strategies in collaboration with the Hospice Leadership and FV Marketing teams to ensure census goals are met.
• Fosters and develops relationships with social workers and physicians to grow the census
• Identify opportunities for programming with hospital networks to improve and strengthen hospital relationships.
• Ensures that all prospect inquiries are managed and that timely follow-through is maintained following designated time frames.
• Conducts admission interviews with the patient and/or responsible party, obtaining all required financial data, signatures, pertinent social and medical information, attending physician information, and other pertinent and required documentation before admission.
• Stays updated about relevant operational, competitive, and company information to respond effectively to prospect inquiries and hospital contacts.
• Maintains effective communication with the Hospice team and other leadership team members.
• Participates as an active member of the IDG team.
• Prepares and maintains accurate and timely reports as required.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays for admission inquiries.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required (Marketing, sales, business administration, or Healthcare-related degrees preferred).
• Licensed clinician preferred.
• Must have a valid drivers license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft's operating system and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
• Solid interpersonal skills and building relationships with staff, leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
