About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Real Estate to spearhead the strategic management of its real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company's facilities and operations are in line with its broader business goals. This executive role demands a highly experienced leader with a proven track record in real estate portfolio management, facility operations, and strategic cost management. Key responsibilities include leading the real estate portfolio strategy, overseeing lease negotiations, and ensuring compliance with all real estate requirements. The role also involves leading the facilities management team, developing and executing processes to enhance operational efficiency, and managing key vendor relationships. Financial oversight, strategic real estate planning, and team leadership are also integral to the position. Applicants for the Vice President of Corporate Real Estate role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior leadership experience in corporate real estate and facilities management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large commercial real estate portfolios, expertise in contract negotiations, and a proven ability to drive efficiencies in real estate and facilities operations.
