Role: UKG Tester / Kronos Consultant

Job Overview:
UKG Testers will work on projects involving various UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) products and modules. The roles focus on key functional areas such as Staffing, Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Absence and Leave Management, and EZCall. Each tester may be assigned to specialize in selected modules as per the resource need (e.g., Scheduling - 2 resources, Time and Attendance - 2 resources, EZCall - 1 resource). Core responsibilities include supporting UKG processes, generating related reports, validating system flows, and ensuring functional requirements are met for designated UKG modules.

Requirements:

Experience: 10+ years in UKG (Kronos) domain
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proficient functional knowledge in UKG products/modules, especially:
• Scheduling (need 2 resources)
• Time and Attendance (need 2 resources)
• EZCall (need 1 resource)
- Strong experience in supporting UKG processes: Staffing, Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Absence and Leave Management, and EZCall.
- Ability to generate and validate reports related to UKG modules.
- Visa Note: Any visa is fine except GC (Green Card).

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Test Assure or any other automation tool relevant to UKG systems.
