ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Edward Martin is an online porcelain tile e-commerce platform that caters to a wide array of clients, including Architects, Interior Designers, Pool Designers, General Contractors, Tile Installers, and Homeowners with a keen interest in Interior Design and DIY Projects. Our goal is that each customer finds the perfect blend of high-end aesthetics and value in our extensive tile collection.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create concepts for high end residential and commercial spaces highlighting Edward Martin products.
• Oversee, host and perform design services consultations virtually to define the customer’s project scope
• Provide expertise, guidance and an elevated service to clients looking for interior design assistance within their own home.
• Manage team of interior designers ensuring all designs outputted represent the Edward Martin aesthetic and brand vision
• Communicates conceptual design ideas through 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings
• Ensure full understanding and awareness of all product information, including characteristics, care information and staying informed with the competition and industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school
• 3+ years of related experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related space planning/rendering programs preferred
• Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications
• Understanding of basic design functions including spatial planning and interior design styles.
• Hands-on interior installation experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
