We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Associate to join our in-office sales team. This role is ideal for a cold outreach specialist with a passion for sales, who will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients within the food and beverage industry. You will play a key role in growing our business by generating new leads, booking qualified meetings, and closing sales to expand our client base. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to generate leads in the food and beverage sector. Research and identify potential clients who could benefit from our packaging solutions. Educate prospective clients on our packaging products and their benefits. Book and schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers. Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to nurture prospects. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas through strategic outreach and relationship building. Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications: 2+ years of outbound sales or cold calling experience, preferably in B2B sales. Experience selling to the food and beverage industry is a plus. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a high level of persistence. Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a proactive approach to sales. Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is preferred. Must be comfortable working in an in-office environment. Compensation: Base salary of $60,000 per year. Commission structure: Earn $200 for every qualified meeting booked. Additional performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.
