Position Summary: Drab to Fab is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Construction Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, providing accurate project estimates, and building strong client relationships. You will play a crucial role in the success of our company by identifying and securing new business opportunities and ensuring profitable project execution. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, client referrals, and online marketing. Conduct site visits to meet with potential clients, assess project needs, and gather necessary information for accurate estimating. Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates, including material costs, labor costs, and equipment costs. Present proposals to clients in a professional and persuasive manner, highlighting the value of Drab to Fab's services. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up. Construction Estimating: Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate project scoping and budgeting. Review plans and specifications to identify potential challenges and develop effective solutions. Research and source materials from reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing. Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques. Project Management Support: Assist with project scheduling and coordination as needed. Monitor project progress and address any potential issues that may arise during construction. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in landscape construction estimating or a related field. Proven sales and customer service experience. Strong understanding of landscape construction principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 1 Preferred Qualifications: Experience with estimating software (e.g., Xactimate, Timberline) Knowledge of landscape design principles Experience with project management software Employee Benefits (Eligibility begins after 60 days of full-time employment): Health Insurance: Medical & dental insurance with 75% company-paid premiums.
