Our Spa Receptionist is responsible for...but not limited to:

• Opens the spa and ensures the ambiance, schedule and team are ready to provide an exceptional experience.
• Answers the phone with a smile and books client appointments.
• Check-In. Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door, including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience.
• Works closely with the therapists to ensure that each guest is comfortable and on-schedule for their treatments.
• Making gift card and retail sales recommendations.
• Checks out guests and performs close-out reports at end of the day.
• Handle daily administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling, inventory, restocking and reporting.
• Supports the general manager and serves as back up as needed.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line.
