Physical Therapist (PT) - Pediatric Home Health

Schedule: PRN

Starting Pay Rate: $70.00 per treatment session

What You'll Do

A typical day at My Spot is dynamic and fulfilling, requiring empathy, analytical skills, and a commitment to improving children's lives. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments to determine each child's physical strengths and challenges.
Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, focusing on improving mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional abilities.
Implementing evidence-based physical therapy interventions through fun and engaging activities to motivate children and promote progress.
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team including: occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and parents to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes.
Providing guidance and education to families on therapeutic exercises and activities to support their child's progress outside of therapy sessions.
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and communication with other healthcare professionals.

What You'll Need

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas.
