\n What’s a typical day as Outsourcing Sales Manager? You’ll be:
\n- Developing and executing the company's sales and brand promotion strategy to achieve overall business objectives and expand market share.
\n- Leading and managing the sales team, ensuring the successful attainment of sales targets and performance metrics.
\n- Supervising and guiding various sales and brand promotion teams, including telephone sales, online sales, and new media marketing.
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n- Have Business Process Outsourcing experience and have led and managed a team of more than 10.
\n- Must have over 5 years of BPO Sales experience
\n- Possess over 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
\n- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a similar field (preferred).
