About Our Client:

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, an organization dedicated to member services and support. This is a position to assist the member services team with registrations, processing, applications, and database support.

Job Description:

The Member Services Administration is a vital member of the team and is responsible for ensuring superior customer service to all members. This position performs a wide variety of administrative support functions, such as new member processing, answering phone calls and emails regarding membership with the association and the database, and maintaining reporting with accurate membership information

Key Responsibilities:

• Process membership applications, scan documents to member folder, and assist with membership questions and/or issues.
• Maintain accurate entry for the membership database.
• Maintain reporting with accurate membership information
• As necessary, assist the front desk during busy times by answering/transferring calls, taking payments, selling store items, and exchanging key boxes.
• Participates in staff meetings and/or related meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Special Skills:
• Professional appearance, manner, and demeanor a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook) and a willingness and ability to learn other programs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hours between: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Attention to detail, good with numbers, Excel for spreadsheet maintenance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interdepartmental collaboration.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently both independently and within team settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and SharePoint.
• Experience with CRM platforms is highly preferred.
