Established in November 2011, Manycore is a fast-growing, disruptive design software platform. Being cloud-native, mobile-friendly and smart, our platform pioneers the interior design, decoration and construction industry for residential, commercial and industrial spaces. We integrate and deliver computer-aided design and building information modeling capabilities on a SaaS model, empowering businesses to deliver superior user experience and achieve operational excellence.
Currently, we have built up a robust product matrix including Kujiale, Coohom, Meijian, Kooshot and Modelo, serving users and customers in over 200 countries and regions.
About the business
Drawing upon the richness of Manycore.tech's superb interior design solution globally, the SpatialVerse Team offers an array of dataset services to accelerate the advancement of diverse industries such as AIGC, Robotics, AI Agents, XR and more. These services include Interior Synthetic Data Generation and 3D Virtual Assets Creation. Notably, SpatialVerse released SpatialLM in March 2025, an open-source model that enables robots to understand physical environments, providing a foundational training framework for embodied intelligence developers.
About the role
Lead SpatialVerse's North American business , responsible for strategy, revenue growth and key partnerships. Focus on establishing and scaling our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
● Develop and execute the overall business strategy for SpatialVerse in North America, aligning with the company's global vision and objectives.
● Define and implement market entry strategies, including identifying target industries, customer segments, and go-to-market approaches.
● Build and manage a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and operations to support business growth.
● Establish and manage the P&L for the North American business, ensuring financial targets are met.
● Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on business performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Business Development & Sales:
● Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning, execution, and management.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AR/VR and related fields.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
● Oversee the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Marketing & Brand Building:
● Develop and execute marketing and brand-building initiatives to increase awareness and generate demand for SpatialVerse's solutions in North America.
● Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt and implement marketing campaigns for the local market.
● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Operations & Partnerships:
● Establish and optimize operational processes and infrastructure to support business growth and efficiency.
● Identify and build strategic partnerships with technology providers, industry associations, and other relevant organizations.
● Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment of product offerings with market needs and customer requirements.
● Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices.
Qualifications:
Academic/Professional Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field from a leading University or equivalent experience.
Industry Experience:
● 3+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in the AI technology sector, with a focus on business development and market expansion.
● Experience in a leadership role, managing teams and driving business growth in the North American market is preferred.
● Deep understanding of AI and 3D virtual synthesis technologies and their applications across various industries.
● Proven experience in supporting the growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies is preferred.
● Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Language Ability:
Native-level English language proficiency.
Others:
● Based: San Francisco Bay Area.
● Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
● Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, cross-cultural environment.
● Willingness to travel within North America and occasionally to Shanghai/Hangzhou for meetings and training.
