As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT), you will manage your private practice through Headway, which assists in providing mental health care by handling insurance credentialing and patient referrals. This flexible role allows you to set your own hours and work either in-person or via telehealth, aiding patients in a streamlined and supportive environment. You'll be joining a community dedicated to improving access to mental health services while earning competitive compensation.

Wage: Between $89-$129 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC / LPCMH / LIMHP
• LMFT / LMFTS / LCMFT
• LPC / LPCC / LCPC / LCPCS / LPCC-S
• LCSW / LICSW / LCSCW
