Gateway Healthcare, RI’s largest nonprofit behavioral healthcare provider, are hiring *Licensed Clinical Therapists *to provide comprehensive clinical including, crisis intervention, behavioral skill training, case management, education, and counseling services to clients in order to enhance the quality of life of adults with persistent mental illness through recovery strategies.

*Responsibilities: *
* Provide individual brief treatment & support to clients & their families in order to assist in developing coping skills for behavioral management & controlling psychiatric symptoms as prescribed in the treatment plan
* Facilitate support group sessions
* Participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to develop & implement treatment plans via intakes & assessments, skills training, resource linkage, attending medication evaluation & psychiatric appointments, documentation of recovery & progress, and maintaining clinical records
* Facilitate & provide assistance with psychiatric rehabilitation related assessments, interventions, and services that facilitate the client’s recovery & rehabilitation goals
* Utilize Stages of Change theory, Motivational Enhancement techniques, and Rehabilitation Goal Readiness & Development Technology & Process to facilitate maximum potential for rehabilitation goal Attainment.
* Become familiar with and provide consultation on client subsidy work incentives & programs, such as the impact of work on SSDI, SSI, Medicaid, and housing subsidies
* Provide assistance to clients with completing documentation, administrative tasks, and processes related to obtaining employment, accessing educational programs, and other community organizations (ie: completing job applications, financial aid packages, etc.)
* Assist client & rehabilitative specialists with required job, educational, and social/leisure development services & activities
* Provide interventions & services designed to assist the client with obtaining satisfying social leisure opportunities & community activities that maximize the client's level of community integration, as well as assist the client in obtaining & maintaining recovery promoting natural support systems & peer relationships
*Requirements:*
* Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field, required
* Licensed Independent Practitioner (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT), required
* Experience working in the mental health field
* Valid driver’s license
*Shift & Schedule:* Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
*Location:* Positions available in Providence, RI; Pawtucket, RI; Johnston, RI; and Charlestown, RI

Compensation: Compensation starts at $72,000 and is commensurate with experience
