Job Description
LHH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join the finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in finance. The successful candidate will assist in financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities, providing valuable support to senior analysts and finance managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
Monitor financial performance by analyzing actual results compared to forecasts.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Assist in the preparation of variance analysis and financial modeling.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Banking, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Up to one year of experience in finance, banking, or a related field (internships included).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with financial analysis software or ERP systems.
Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in finance.
