Job Title: E-Learning Content Developer | Instructional Designer

Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)

Summary:

Are you passionate about creating engaging and impactful learning experiences ? Do you have expertise in instructional design, e-learning development, and content creation ? If so, Nutanix is looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our R&D team!

What Youll Do:

1. Design interactive learning solutions across multiple formats (e-learning, videos, instructor-led training, assessments).
2. Partner with key stakeholders to develop engaging and effective training content .
3. Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning materials.
4. Continuously improve content based on feedback, analytics, and emerging technologies.
5. Work with third-party vendors to source additional learning resources.

What Were Looking For:

1. Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate), video editing software, and LMS platforms .
2. Strong understanding of adult learning theories (e.g., ADDIE) and emerging learning technologies.
3. Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and digestible learning experiences .
4. Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills .

Preferred Background: Degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or Graphic Design .
