Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in a manufacturing environment, ensuring high-quality production standards. This role requires a strong understanding of machine operations, quality control processes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced factory setting.
· Production Operation:
· Monitor the injection molding machine during production runs.
· Inspect finished parts for defects like flash, sink marks, and dimensional accuracy.
· Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain quality standards.
· Detect and address any machine malfunctions promptly.
· Quality Control:
· Perform routine quality checks on produced parts using measuring tools.
· Identify and report any quality issues to the supervisor.
· Maintain detailed production records and documentation.
· Maintenance and Cleaning:
· Identify and report any required repairs to maintenance personnel.
· Keep the work area clean and organized.
· Safety:
· Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
· Report any safety concerns to the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of injection molding principles, machine operation
· Quality Focus:
Ability to consistently meet quality standards and detect defects.
· Attention to Detail:
Meticulous in monitoring machine settings and inspecting finished products.
· Physical Ability:
Ability to lift and handle materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment.
Desired Experience:
· Previous experience as an injection mold machine operator preferred.
