What We’re Hiring For:

• Furnace Service Manager – Lead and oversee installations, scheduling, and customer service
• HVAC Technicians – Work on furnace, air conditioner, and hot water tank installations and maintenance
• Apprentices & Journeymen – Gain hands-on experience and mentorship in a high-demand trade

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and schedule installations (Service Manager role)
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Respond to after-hours service calls as needed
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

What You Bring:

• HVAC industry experience (varies by role)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Gas and air conditioning & refrigeration licenses (preferred)
