Growth Marketing Director - Fashion Ecommerce GROWTH MARKETING DIRECTOR - AMANDA UPRICHARD, a NYC-based, female-owned contemporary fashion brand, is seeking a full-time, experienced Director of Growth Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives with a focus on data-driven strategies and measurable company growth. Based in the heart of the Garment Center in NYC, Amanda Uprichard is sold on our website, as well as top contemporary retailers like Shopbop, Revolve, and department and specialty stores nationwide.
This role is on-site and will require five days in the office.

YOU WILL SUPERVISE:
OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION: The Director of Growth Marketing will play a key role in driving the brand’s success by focusing on revenue growth and other key KPIs, leveraging growth channels such as paid media, and analyzing data to refine strategies. This role will also operate and supervise all marketing channels, with ownership over all growth-focused efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across channels, with a focus on paid media, SEO, email, SMS, affiliate, influencer, PR, and other growth initiatives such as referral, direct mail, etc.
Set and monitor marketing KPIs, using analytics to track and improve key metrics such as revenue growth, lifetime value, conversion rate, and average order value.
Build and manage marketing campaigns that target new customer acquisition and customer retention while driving measurable ROI.
Oversee marketing budget allocation and processes to ensure resources are utilized effectively and cost-efficiently, prioritizing high-performing channels.
Prepare monthly reporting for CEO with actual results, KPIs, trends and variances to budget various reporting periods.
Liaise with Finance team on budgets and actual results on a weekly / monthly basis to ensure alignment around targets and priorities.
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, marketing dashboards, and attribution tools to analyze performance and guide data-driven decision-making.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, design, and buying/design teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging, business goals, and key categories of focus.
Oversee processes and procedures needed to support all aspects of the outcomes needed for marketing channels.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platforms, and emerging growth opportunities to enhance the brand's visibility and market share.
Spearhead growth initiatives such as partnerships, influencer marketing, and innovative activations that align with the brand’s objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
Ensure marketing technology stack is optimized and recommend new tools where necessary.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Expertise in developing and scaling data-driven marketing strategies that align with company KPIs and growth objectives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
Proven ability to lead and optimize paid media campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and other growth channels.
Proficiency in digital analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Shopify.
Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and funnel optimization.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team of marketing professionals.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Strategic thinking with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: MBA preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (10-15 years) in data-analytics, growth marketing or similar roles, with a focus on digital channels.
Strong background in women’s fashion or a related industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior as it relates to contemporary apparel buying trends.
