Job Description

Our client, a private equity firm in Bethesda, MD, is hiring for a direct-hire Executive Assistant to support multiple memberrs of their executive team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling, calendars, and meeting logistics.
• Effectively handle logistics for domestic/international travel.
• Prepare correspondence, maintain files, and prepare expense reports through Concur Software.
• Act as the point of contact for the assigned team; provide telephone support.
• Provide additional administrative support and complete tasks/special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
• 1+ years of administrative, office, or strong internship experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent oral/written communication, with strong organizational and time management, and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work 5x/week on-site in the Bethesda, MD office.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range of $60K-$65K with an annual bonus.
• Comprehensive and generous benefits package with 401(K) matching program.
• Commuter (parking or metro) benefits provided, and located within walking distance to the Bethesda metro.
