Real Estate Advisors is the leading commercial real estate firm in Santa Fe NM. Tai Bixby, a leading commercial broker in Santa Fe is seeking to hire a talented full time executive assistant in Santa Fe, New Mexico for a commercial real estate brokerage and investment business. This full-time position involves saving time for sales people, managing calendars, the coordination and facilitation of the commercial real estate deal flow, managing office systems, coordinating transactions, marketing, managing a photographer and sign setter, social media posts, light bookkeeping, interacting with clients/vendors/brokers, driving errands, helping with customer service, using Microsoft Office, using Adobe Acrobat/Photoshop and providing year end reporting. This is a dynamic role affording the opportunity to engage fully in the commercial real estate market in Northern New Mexico, wearing multiple hats and in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel to Albuquerque is required for work and/or training. This is an in-person position working in an office at a desk. This is not an entry-level position so, candidates should have previous, meaningful experience business related fields such as real estate, insurance, title work, and/or law. A real estate license or paralegal status is a plus and candidates without a license may be also considered with the condition that they will obtain an Associate Broker License. A well-prepared candidate without a license should already know how long it takes and what it costs to obtain a license during a job interview.
