Job Description

Our client, a boutique pet supply company located in Burlington, MA, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a potentially temp-to-perm opportunity and can compensate up to $50/hr. depending on experience. The role will be for at least 6+ weeks, with the potential for permanent employment. Responsibilities :

  • Calendar Management : Coordinate and manage the schedules of senior executives to ensure smooth operations.
  • Travel Planning : Organize domestic and international travel, ensuring that all logistics are taken care of.
  • Expense Management : Create purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and handle individual expense reports for each supported Executive.
  • File Management : Maintain both digital and paper-based files, ensuring all records are kept confidential.
  • Communication : Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Confidentiality : Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
  • Professional Representation : Always Represent Our Company and the Senior Leadership Team with professionalism and grace.

Qualifications :

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook .
  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel .
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams or a similar platform for messaging and file management.
  • Familiarity with Concur expense management software is preferred.
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with changing deadlines.
  • Professional, polished demeanor and strong communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive approach with the ability to think on your feet.
  • A team player with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
