Job Description

Our client, a global biotechnology company, is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant to support a Senior Vice President and a Vice President. This full-time, 100% onsite role is based in Boston, MA and runs through the end of the year, offering competitive pay of $55-$60 per hour. Standard working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives, managing complex calendars and travel logistics
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and assist with PowerPoint presentations
• Interact with senior leaders and external partners to support executive needs
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and contracts
• Maintain internal communication tools, including the company's internal newsletter and VNET page
• Support onboarding activities and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively streamline administrative processes

Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in biotech or pharmaceutical industries
• C-suite support experience required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with high-level stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity
