• Develop leads to connect with potential clients in the Burnsville, MN area.
• Participate in training sessions aimed at improving real estate knowledge and skills.
• Maintain consistent follow-up on leads until appointments are set up with either a listing or buyer's agent.
• Engage regularly with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and ensure brand recognition.
• Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress toward company objectives.
• Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients.
• Manage customer information accurately using a CRM system for agents.
• Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients.
Qualifications:
• To be considered for the position of Entry Level Real Estate Agent in Burnsville, MN, US, a valid real estate license is required or a strong motivation to obtain one is necessary.
• No prior experience is needed for this role as comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.
• Effective communication skills are crucial for engaging with clients in a meaningful way.
