Job Overview:

My client is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator to manage documentation flow and provide administrative and project support to the Clinical Supply Chain (CSC) team. This role is key to improving departmental efficiency and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines (FDA, cGMP/cGLP/cGCP). Key Responsibilities:

• Manage emails and file documents in systems like eTMF, eQMS, Box, and SharePoint
• Support meetings with agenda prep, minutes, and presentations
• Track contracts, invoices, and POs
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and knowledge management
• Identify and escalate issues, drive process improvements, and support cross-functional projects

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of administrative experience (high school diploma required; degree preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and document management systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
