Base pay range $132,000.00/yr - $264,000.00/yr Position Summary We are looking for a Director, Digital Media to support strategic media planning, buying, partnerships, negotiations, execution, reporting, and optimization of Paid Media Campaigns. You will ensure we drive investment efficacy, meet ROAS goals, and implement innovative media strategies, staying on the cutting edge of emerging channels. What you'll do Develop integrated media and marketing strategies to create impactful, innovative campaigns. Drive media planning and buying across all paid channels including TV, radio, print, OOH, digital, social, and mobile. Utilize insights and data modeling to optimize channel mix and campaign effectiveness. Manage media agency teams to meet business objectives and impact. Oversee US media budgets, operational costs, and ROI evaluation. Collaborate with creative, social, performance, insights, and analytics teams. Coordinate with stakeholders to share best practices and strategic guidelines. Innovate with new marketing ideas, test plans, and ROI analysis. Build relationships with media publishers and tech companies for first-mover access and innovative programs. What you'll bring 10+ years of leadership in media and integrated marketing communications; agency experience required, client experience a plus. Deep understanding of media platforms and technology partners. Knowledge of performance digital marketing and full funnel execution. Ability to lead negotiations and strategic discussions at executive levels. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and strategic skills.
