This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in applying data science principles to real-world business operations, with a focus on streamlining processes and supporting key systems such as ERP and CRM platforms. Key Responsibilities Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes using data-driven approaches. Assist in the development and deployment of tools or scripts that improve efficiency and accuracy in daily operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, clean, and manage data relevant to business operations. Support the update and maintenance of ERP and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and usability. Contribute insights and recommendations for improving data quality, integration, and usability across platforms. Document technical processes, tool usage, and data handling best practices for team knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. Strong understanding of data management principles and familiarity with data cleaning and transformation. Experience with tools for process automation and reporting (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar). Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. Preferred Skills Exposure to business process mapping or workflow automation tools. Experience with API integrations or data connectors for ERP/CRM platforms.
