As a recruiting agency representing high-potential tech companies, Recruiting from Scratch is seeking exceptional talent for this high-impact role at a company positioned for exponential growth. What You Will Do Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, developing deep understanding of their strategic objectives to accelerate time to value. Create and manage Mutual Action Plans based on customer business objectives, leading monthly health checks and quarterly business reviews. Own new customer onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to implementation. Leverage data-driven insights to deliver value throughout the customer journey. Drive adoption, retention, and expansion of the customer base, establishing yourself as an indispensable resource. Capture and synthesize product feedback to inform product roadmap development. Build foundational customer success processes that can scale with the company's growth. Ideal Candidate Background 5+ years of experience in customer success/account management roles at enterprise-focused, technical SaaS companies. Experience managing technical product implementation for enterprises with 6-7 figure Annual Contract Values. Proven track record building CS processes from scratch as a foundational hire OR progression to senior level supporting enterprise clients. Strong background in automating and creating scalable support processes including customer onboarding workflows, training documentation, and support automation systems. Experience driving upsells through strategic customer success activities. Excellent communication skills for working with varied stakeholders (technical engineers, non-technical executives, and operations teams). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Consistent work history with minimum 2-year tenure at previous employers. Preferred Qualifications Experience at enterprise SaaS companies similar to Cloudflare, CrowdStrike, Secure Frame, Okta, Intercom, or GitLab. Background in technical program management demonstrating understanding of integration processes, timelines, and dependencies. Experience with shared Slack channels as primary customer communication. Familiarity with Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, or online anti-abuse. Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
