Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our team in either Columbus or Toledo, Ohio. This position offers hybrid or remote flexibility for the right candidate. In this role, you will manage multiple projects and deadlines, conduct superior research, and utilize your legal expertise in corporate law to solve complex problems.

• Conduct thorough research using online services and legal databases

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to the Ohio bar or eligible for admission
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional corporate law experience
• Strong technological skills, including familiarity with practice management systems
• Excellent research skills and the ability to navigate complex legal databases
• Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
