About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee our contract lifecycle management processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex contractual relationships while mitigating risk.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Lifecycle Management

• Oversee client contracts including MSAs and subordinate agreements
• Drive execution processes and communicate critical terms to stakeholders
• Lead negotiations with high-risk clients and manage contract renewals
• Maintain contract management systems, templates, and documentation
• Establish document retention policies

Risk Management and Compliance

• Develop risk management strategies and lead assessment activities
• Monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Establish monitoring systems and drive continuous improvement

Process Improvement

• Resolve subfirm contractual onboarding issues and lead complex negotiations
• Manage subfirm agreements storage and streamline purchase order management
• Optimize system usage to improve efficiency

Purchase Order Management

• Set up project budgets through creation and enhancement of not-to-exceed processes
• Optimize system usage to improve efficiency

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Partner with HR on client-specific requirements (background checks, drug testing, etc.)
• Support Accounting through consolidated workflows for assignment changes
• Facilitate source fee management and ensure proper sales team compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
• 3 years of experience in contract management
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Strong knowledge of contract law and risk management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience with contract management systems and project management tools
