We're Hiring: Construction Sales Estimator - Houston, TX Are you a skilled professional with a passion for sales, estimating, and project management? We are looking for a Sales Estimator to join our team in Houston! In this role, you will drive our sales & estimating strategy, manage client relationships, and play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of cost estimates for paver and retaining wall projects. What you'll do: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to exceed revenue targets, cultivate client relationships, and collaborate with the team on customer-driven campaigns. Estimating & Cost Management: Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for projects by analyzing drawings, specs, and market conditions. Project Management Support: Assist in managing RFIs, change orders, and ensuring smooth transitions from estimating to execution. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on estimating activities, project pipelines, and identify areas for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends to ensure efficient and accurate estimating processes. What we're looking for: Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Experience: 10-12 years in sales and estimating, with 8 years in the Hardscape, Landscape, or Flooring industry. Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Office, and database systems.
