Due to growth, Hays + Sons, an industry leader and provider of world class restoration services, is searching for a Project Manager to join their team in the Cincinnati, OH area.


If you have project management experience in a construction or restoration background or superintendent experience and a valid driver’s license , then Hays + Sons wants to hear from you! Property Restoration experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all assigned contracts are completed on time and within budget. As stated in the original proposal
• See that labor costs are optimized through ongoing oversight and planning with the right subcontractors and carpenters
• Proficient with noting job progress within Project Management Software
• Contact every assigned customer at least twice a week with progress reports
• Maintain reliable subcontractor base
• Attend pre-construction meetings
• Coordinate the need, use and movement of materials, equipment, and personnel between jobs
• Ensure that all expenditures are first supported by an approved purchase order
• Participate in on-call rotation
