Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring an Condition Monitoring Analyst in Richmond, Virginia. The Condition Monitoring Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting aggregated condition monitoring machine data to facilitate early and accurate detection of changes in equipment health, performance, operation, and application. The individual in this position also provides cost savings to the customer by making repair and operational recommendations to improve machine availability and productivity. Seeking candidates with parts and heavy equipment technical service knowledge. College degree, a plus. Requirements for the Condition Monitoring Analyst position include: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
