Job Summary The Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store’s community strategy, including engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and activities. They develop local relationships with ambassadors and community partners, and deliver a world-class guest experience by integrating community engagement into customer interactions. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to implement community and guest experience strategies. Establish and manage relationships with ambassadors, studio owners, and community partners to increase guest acquisition and retention. Engage with the local community to identify partnership opportunities and enhance the store's role as a community hub. Connect with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs. Support and host community events. Execute product seeding strategies through community partners. Analyze community-related data to inform initiatives. Foster an inclusive team environment that celebrates diversity. Job Requirements Eligibility Legally authorized to work in the store’s country. Reliable transportation to the store location. Schedule/Availability Flexible schedule based on store needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and possibly early mornings or late nights during peak times. Experience At least 1 year in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building. Preferred Assets High school diploma or equivalent. Compensation & Benefits Base pay ranges from $21.00 to $24.16/hour, plus a target bonus of $2.00/hour, totaling $23.00 to $26.16/hour.
