Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Our premiere wholesale houseware/home product client is seeking a dynamic account manager to join their team with experience in strategic account relationships, ideally has worked with Walmart and/or Target. Responsibilities: Lead and manage customer account relationships Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives Maximize sales profitability, growth, and account penetration with current accounts Analyze and identify market trends to assess opportunities Forecast and track key account metrics Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Prepare reports on account status Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role with Walmart! Experience and understanding of the housewares industry are a plus Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field Must be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment and be a self-starter Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint) Please submit your resume for consideration.
